Never taken this until a few weeks ago when I purchased it. Very skeptical about it at first because you know, trends. But after taking this for a few weeks before my workouts it most definitely gives me a natural boost of energy without side effects and a crash like a pre workout would normally do. Very happy with this purchase. Had to wait a few weeks to write this review to make sure it wasn't just a fluke the first week. It's most definitely been consistent. I’m a woman starting menopause and have zero energy that is until I started taking this every morning in my tea. I got one for my brother too who’s in his 30’s running after two toddlers and he loves it too. Don’t sleep on this one!
Mine arrived looking like solid glass. I immediately messaged them and they said to stand it in a bowl of hot water and it will soften up, which I did once and it’s been soft ever since .
